Cancellation Policy
When booking a private “Tour” for a specific, unique date, the “Company” secures a luxury bus or yacht exclusively for the use of the “Participants,” along with a driver or captain, a guide, and additional partners to ensure high-quality services and a seamless experience at each destination. To ensure excellent organization, premium service, and the successful completion of each “Tour,” the “Company” pre-books all required partners and suppliers, makes substantial prepayments, and assumes responsibility for compensating them in case of cancellation.
As a result, cancellation fees apply (covering customer service up to the cancellation date, partner and supplier compensation, card transaction fees, etc.), depending on the date the cancellation notice is received, as follows:
- Cancellation up to 12 days before the tour: no cancellation fees.
- Cancellation from 11 to 4 days before the tour: 45% cancellation fee.
- Cancellation 3 days before the tour: 75% cancellation fee.
EXCEPTIONS
- For cruise ship passengers: if the cruise ship does not arrive at Corfu port for any reason, the “Participants” are entitled to a full refund.
- If weather conditions prevent the safe conduct of the “Tour,” the “Participants” may choose an alternative available date. If no date is available, they are entitled to a full refund.
SPECIAL CASE
The date of each “Tour” can be changed without cancellation fees, provided that the written rescheduling request by the “Participants” is communicated to the “Company” at least 12 calendar days before the originally agreed date. In this case, the “Company” will inform the “Participants” of the available dates, and the “Participants” must select a new date on which they wish to conduct the “Tour.”
