One of the most famous attractions in Corfu is the Paleokastritsa caves, each of them having a mystery around it. One of them has the name Nausika, the name of the daughter of the king of Corfu who saved Odysseus the king of Ithaca as Omiros and the Greek mythology describes. Enjoy this unique experience with us and we can surely say you that this unique environment with its crystal clear waters will get your mind blown off.

An amazing boat experience with transparent turquoise crystal waters in Paleokastritsa awaits you. A small boat will be moored for us to board without lines and explore the central west coast which is full of rock formations and small caves. Travel with us to this legendary area where there is another surprise… due to the small size of the boat we will go inside the caves.

1) “Pastitsada rooster” is a traditional dish of Corfu, which has as its main ingredients rooster meat and thick macaroni. It is mainly cooked in the villages of Corfu, in which the housewives and housewives are used to adding a mixture of spices used to flavor the meat, spetseriko. The seasoning consists of cinnamon, ground cloves, allspice, nutmeg, and cumin.

The fairytale palace of Empress Sissy is located in one of the most beautiful parts of Corfu, Gastouri and is one of the most famous royal villas in Europe. Its construction dates back to 1890 by Empress Elizabeth of Austria, who wanted a mansion with a large garden to live in Corfu, as she believed that the nature of Corfu would help improve her health. Dedicated to Achilles, hence his name, it is adorned with statues in the lush  gardens of the emperor’s favorite Homeric hero. The most famous of all the sculptures in the impressive garden is the statue of “Death Achilles” by Ernst Herter. The popularity of this palace and its garden also comes from the fact that the famous James Bond movie For your Eyes only was filmed at this magnificent place.

Empress Sissy was also captivated and awestruck by ancient Greek legends and mythology and this was the reason why she decorated the gardens with the statues of Achillies and the 9 muses. You will be captured by the mesmerizing view and the beauty with Corfu coast down below, which still has the jetty from where the Kaiser would embark on his pleasure cruises.
