” What an amazing day out! It’s so nice to have the whole day planned out, not a worry in the world, just turn up (or should I say be picked up) and just take it all in.
We visited many great sights including The Holy Monastery of Panagia Vlacherna, Mouse Island, Achilleon Palace, Kaiser’s Throne, Danilia Village, Spiros James Bond Cafe and finally an all inclusive and delicious lunch at The White House (The Durrells family home).
Our guide Xenia was fantastic and had a wealth of knowledge. You can see she really passionate about the island and the excitement shows everytime she talks about it.
Our driver Bill was equally as fantastic, a gentleman who always opened my wife’s door and navigated the narrow Corfiot roads smoothly and carefully (unlike some of the “passionate” cab drivers we’ve had!
